1. Sponsored Listings & Paid Placements

Some businesses featured on the Service pay for enhanced visibility. Any paid or premium placement is clearly labeled as "Sponsored." A Sponsored label indicates a paid promotion, not an objective ranking or endorsement. Sponsored placement does not mean a business is the best, highest-rated, or most recommended. 2. Business Information May Change

Business names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, menus, prices, services, and other details displayed on the Service may change at any time and may be incomplete or out of date. Listings are provided for general convenience and discovery. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any business information. You should always verify details directly with a business, including hours and availability, before visiting, making a reservation, or making a purchase.

3. Recommendations & Ask Us Tool

Recommendations generated by the Ask Us tool, Build My Perfect Day, Restaurant Roulette, Hidden Gems, and other features are based on data in our local database and your stated preferences. They are suggestions for discovery, not professional advice or guarantees of quality, safety, or availability. Use your own judgment when choosing a business or activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through forms, leads, claims, or reviews.
• Attempt to access, alter, or disrupt the Service, its databases, or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, copy, or republish large amounts of business data or content without permission.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate listings, ratings, leads, or the Ask Us tool.
• Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.

Violations may result in suspension of your account and access to the Service.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Leads & Business Connections

When you submit a lead or request a quote, your contact information may be shared with one or more local businesses so they can respond. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a business and are not liable for the quality of goods or services they provide.

7. Business Claims & Listings

Business owners may claim and update their listings. Claimed information is provided by the business and is not independently verified by us in real time. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove listing content that violates these Terms or is inaccurate.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Everything Lynchburg. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission, except as permitted by law. Business names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings or recommendations are accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everything Lynchburg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any reliance on business information or recommendations.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
